Howdy, I'm Tim Schendel, CEO and Executive Chef
here at the Cattle Company. I am SERVESAFE ™ Food Service Manager trained, US Navy food service safety and
sanitization trained and am a member in good standing of the Professional Chef's Association
of Denver, Colorado. My staff and I are completed trained and well versed in the US FDA and the Missouri Food Code and
are dedicated to excellent customer service, excellent quality food and an overall pleasant atmosphere and dining experience.

Bill Bolding is a local Ozarks Chef specializing in
smoked and cured meats and seasoned steaks. With over 20 years of meat cutting experience, Bill is especially qualified and
cuts our steaks on site in our preparation room. We purchase only Certified Angus Beef, with its strict grading and beef
standards.

Chris Voliva is our General Manager. She embodies
the Ozark Heritage that we so proudly claim as our business and culinary model. If Crissy hasn't hugged you before taking
your order or seating you, she surley will before you leave.

Dorothy
Dragger Makes our home made desserts. She has been making home-made pies and cobblers for most of her 83 years. We often take
reservations on her desserts which simply cannot be beat - here or anywhere!
